There are so many reasons, but here are just a few:

 

• Networking - this is a great opportunity to share ideas and hear from other Rotarians about their projects, fundraisers, meetings, etc.

• Fellowship - in addition to ideas, you will just meet some great people and build new friendships.

• Recharge Your Battery - getting away from the every day helps reduce stress levels, and this is a perfect opportunity to take a mini-vacation and enjoy the resort amenities.

• Motivation - sharing time with like-minded people and hearing from our keynote speakers will energize you to find new ways to live the Rotary motto "Service Above Self"

• Education - Learn from others about best practices for club operations, fundraising, service projects and more.

• Celebration - there is a lot to be excited about.  This event is a way to celebrate all the good that is happening in our clubs, our district, and all over the world through Rotary

• FUN! - Rotary isn't our job, it's our calling - something we choose to do.  If we're going to do good in the world, we should have fun while doing it!  We have a few surprises up our sleeves to make sure you don't take life too seriously at this conference.
