Registration for the conference must be done using the form at the link provided below.

 

Please note when reviewing your credit card statement that charges for the conference will be made by Club Med, not District 6930. 

 

Rates include accommodations (standard club rooms), meals, beverages, and club amenities.

 

ADULT -             $403  single occupancy  SOLD OUT!

                            $310  per person double occupancy

CHILDREN -      $155 per child (based on 3rd or 4th occupant)

 

Day passes are also available for $99 per day, and includes access to the club and amenities from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.  This includes meals and beverages.

 

UPGRADES ARE AVAILABLE
(subject to room category availability)

If you would like to upgrade your room from a standard to more deluxe accommodations, the following additional charges would apply.

 

B- Bayside - additional $25 per person

B+ - Bay View - additional $38 per person

B + B - Connecting Bayside - additional $63 per person

B+B+ - Connecting Bay View - additional $75 per person

A - Deluxe Room - additional $88 per person
A+ - Deluxe Family Room - additional $88 per person

House of Friendship

Part of the Rotary Conference experience is the House of Friendship and the sharing of materials and ideas.  This year's conference offers complimentary tables for clubs to display their favorite events or projects, or best practices in newsletters, communications, meetings, and promotions.

 

The tables will be located outdoors but under cover in the patio adjacent to the meeting rooms.  Sign up now to reserve your space.
